Today was our first day on the dolphin trail. We began our adventure with a luxurious breakfast, Lauren refusing to eat and Ashley eating her toast. After breakfast we were introduced to our guides and began our trek into the forbidding wilderness. The guides were very informative and provided details about local plants and animals. After a grueling kilometer up the mountain we were greeted with a luxurious assortment of beverages and personalized lunch boxes. We hiked some more until coming upon a beautiful landscape of barren rocks and crashing waves. At lunch we were blessed with the company of our little otter friend, Cornelius. After lunch our grueling uphill climb continued, Nicole barely making it. Upon arrival we were surprised by the housing and dining experience. Our third day was a “hella” amazing experience and we look forward to the rest of the trip.
